I was looking everywhere for a specific fixture and it was sold out pretty much all over the place 😅 Destination Lighting actually had it in stock and got it shipped out quickly. Super easy experience, no hassle at all. I’d definitely order from them again!

"Refund showed up faster than I expected"
I ended up having to return a light because it just didn’t work in my space. I was already a little annoyed and kind of stressed about how long the refund might take, but once they received the item back, the money showed up in just a few days. Returns are never exactly fun, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall the process went smoothly.

I ordered a light and only found out later that it was on backorder. To be fair, they did reply when I reached out, but I wish the delay had been more obvious from the start. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, lol, just a little frustrating waiting around without many updates.

I ordered a light fixture from destinationlighting.com and it arrived in good shape — no dents, cracks, or anything like that. The box was packed well enough, which I appreciated. Shipping took about as long as I expected — nothing super fast, but not late either. I’d probably order from them again, though I do wish the tracking had updated a little better along the way.

I ordered from destinationlighting.com and the confirmation email had everything listed just the way I picked it. My husband even glanced over it with me, and the item details, price, and shipping info all matched what I expected. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice when an order confirmation is clear and there aren’t any weird changes or missing items.

So... the site was really easy to use, and I found everything I needed quickly.
"Tracking could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a light and, to be fair, the tracking did update eventually, so it’s not like I was completely in the dark or anything. I just like to keep an eye on deliveries, especially when it’s something I actually need, and the updates felt a little slow.
It sat on “label created” for longer than I expected, which made me wonder if it had even shipped yet. Then all of a sudden it showed movement, and the package ended up arriving a day later than I was planning on, but at least the light was in good shape and nothing was damaged.
Overall, it was an okay experience. I know delays happen, so I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but more accurate tracking would’ve saved me from checking it over and over.

"Helpful install guidance when I needed it"
I ordered a light and, before putting it up, I went through their install guidance to make sure I was doing everything right. It was written clearly, and it definitely helped me feel more confident with the wiring so I didn’t mess anything up. I did end up having to look up one extra detail on my own, so I took off one star for that. But overall, it was a good experience and the help was useful.

"Solid packaging and arrived safely"
The packaging was decent and did the job. Nothing fancy, but my light arrived safely with plenty of padding inside. The box did have a small dent, but the product itself was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it if you’re not too worried about perfect packaging

I had a question about a light I was thinking about ordering, so I emailed them expecting the usual slow, useless back-and-forth you get with most places. But they replied way faster than I thought they would, and for once, the person actually answered my question instead of sending some copy-paste nonsense. They even helped me figure out the right finish, which saved me from overthinking it forever. it was a painless experience, and I’d use destinationlighting.com again.

The return did get handled in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it took longer than I expected. I’m a bit tired of having to chase these things and wait around for updates, so it felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be

I emailed Destination Lighting because a part was missing from my order, which felt like a preventable issue. But their support team got back to me much faster than I expected. They looked up my order, explained what happened, and sent the missing piece out right away. It was really nice dealing with actual helpful people

I wasn’t really expecting much when I reached out with questions about recessed lights for my kitchen, because that stuff usually turns into a guessing game. But the people at Destination Lighting were surprisingly helpful and walked me through trims, color temperature, and what would actually fit my old cans.
I’ll admit, I kind of wanted to just figure it out myself, but they made it easy and didn’t rush me or make it feel like they were winging it. I ended up getting the right lights on the first try, which almost never happens for me. So yeah, I’d probably use them again.

I ordered from Destination Lighting and the payment did go through, but the checkout felt a little clunky to me. After I put in my card info, the page took longer than I expected to load, so I wasn’t totally sure if the order actually went through. I did get the confirmation email a few minutes later, so it was fine in the end. Compared to other sites I’ve ordered from, it just wasn’t quite as smooth or reassuring
